About

Talking Therapy
I’m a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist supporting people aged 14+ to build self-esteem and navigate life with ADHD. I also help clients overcome anxiety, depression and PTSD.
By blending evidence-based techniques with my lived experience of low self-esteem, we can tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. My approach is collaborative and rooted in authenticity — I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model. I adapt the way we work together to suit your pace, values and personality. My approach blends flexibility, compassion and a focus on lasting change.
I have worked successfully with clients for over six years, and I also supervise trainee CBT therapists.
Therapeutic approach
Therapy is a partnership — a space where we can explore life’s challenges openly and honestly, free from judgement. Unlike everyday conversations, therapy is centred entirely on you: your needs, emotions and goals. It’s also a place where important changes can begin.
Together, we’ll bring curiosity and attention to your experiences as they are right now. This helps us uncover how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours interact — and how those patterns may have developed over time and are keeping you stuck. From there, we can work towards the lasting changes you want to make in your life.Â
Here’s what we might work towards together:
If we’re building self-esteem, we can explore why your emotions and needs matter — and help you feel more valued, decisive and capable.
If we’re navigating life with ADHD, we can look at how to turn your intentions into actions and develop strategies to help you focus on what matters most.
If we’re overcoming PTSD, anxiety or depression, we can work towards greater calm, increased energy, and recovery from past trauma — so you can move forward with confidence, clarity and purpose.Â
Getting in touch
We could start with a free phone call to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to achieve, and how we can work together. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other and take the first step toward meaningful change.Â
