Charlotte Lyons is a Chartered Physiotherapist. She is proud to have set up her clinic Charlotte Lyons Physiotherapy at Craven House, Leighton Buzzard.Â
Charlotte completed her Physiotherapy BSc with honours in 2004 and an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy in 2020, at the University of Hertfordshire. She is a member of the MACP, the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Charlotte is specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She can assess, treat and provide advice on acute and chronic conditions and sporting injuries.Â
Charlotte has been practising Physiotherapy for 20 years. In that time, she has worked hard to develop her skills and expertise, to provide expert care to her clients. She has completed many postgraduate training courses. She treats her clients with a cognitive functional therapy approach. Charlotte has a specialist interest in treating lower limb, spinal and shoulder Injuries. She can provide expert advice, exercise, manual therapy and use acupuncture as part of her physiotherapeutic treatments. Charlotte is also trained to be able to provide Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT). ESWT can be effective on a wide range of persistent tendon problems. Charlotte is able to treat adults, adolescents and older children.Â
Charlotte has always enjoyed exercise and fitness. She likes to spend her spare time keeping fit, running, swimming, and participating in martial arts.
